Raymond Pantaleo LCMHCA
Adolescents & Adults
Hello, my name is Raymond Pantaleo.
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University in 2024 and am now practicing as an LCHMC-A issue at the North Carolina Licensure Board. Before becoming a therapist, I served as an enlisted Airmen for 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired in 2021. My real-life experience in the military led me to this profession and showed me just how much trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief can affect everyday life.
At the core of my counseling philosophy is the realization that every client and session will differ. Understanding this, I bring an integrated approach that allows for flexibility and the ability to work with a wide range of people. I specialize in working in the mental health areas of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and addiction.
Recognizing that starting therapy can be daunting, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and secure space for the client to explore the issues without worry. One way I make this happen is to foster a trusting relationship between therapist and client, which is the foundation for change. I am humbled to be trusted with each story and honored to walk with the clients as they adapt to life after these overwhelming events.
